1 If there is no continuity:
_
- repair the wiring between the DIR-CIDS (101RH) and the connector 7213VC3 (Ref. ASM 23-73/06).
2 If there is continuity:
_
- do a check of the wiring (continuity-check) between: DEU mount 2010VU3 pin A/1 and pin A/9 , DEU mount 2010VU3 pin A/2 and pin A/10.

_
- install a new DEU mount 2010VU3 (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-48-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-48-400-001)
b If there is continuity:
_
- reconnect the connector 7213VC3 to the DEU mount 2010VU3 (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-48-400-001)
- do the steps 4. B. (6) again for the subsequent DEU mounts until the maintenance message stops: DIR-CIDS (101RH) and DEU mount 2010VU7/connector 7213VC7, DIR-CIDS (101RH) and DEU mount 2010VU11/connector 7213VC11, DIR-CIDS (101RH) and DEU mount 2010VU17/connector 7213VC17, DIR-CIDS (101RH) and DEU mount 2010VU21/connector 7213VC21, DIR-CIDS (101RH) and DEU mount 2014VU3/connector 7253VC3.
(7) If the resistance (line to line) is less than 80 ohms (short circuit):
- remove the DEU-A (200RH25) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-46-000-001).
- do a check for a short circuit again.
(a) If there is no short circuit:
- install a new DEU-A (200RH25) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-46-400-001).
(b) If there is a short circuit:
- install the removed DEU-A (200RH25) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-46-400-001).
- diconnect the electrical connector 7253VC3 from the DEU mount 2014VU3 (Ref. ASM 23-73/06),
- do a check for a short circuit again.
1 If there is a short circuit:
_
- reconnect the electrical connector to the DEU mount 2014VU3 (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-48-400-001),
- do the steps 4. B. (7) again for the subsequent DEUs and DEU mounts until the maintenance message stops: (Ref. ASM 23-73/06) DEU-A (200RH21) and DEU mount 2010VU21, DEU-A (200RH17) and DEU mount 2010VU17, DEU-A (200RH11) and DEU mount 2010VU11, DEU-A (200RH7) and DEU mount 2010VU7, DEU-A (200RH3) and DEU mount 2010VU3.
2 If there is no short circuit:
_
- do a check for a short circuit at the disconnected connector between the pins A/9 and A/10 (Ref. ASM 23-73/06)
a If there is a short circuit:
_
- repaire the wiring between the related DEU mount 2010VUxx and the DEU mount 2014VUxx/2010VUxx (Ref. ASM 23-73/06).

b_ If there is no short circuit:
- install a new DEU mount 2014VU3 (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-48-
400-001).
C. Installation of removed components
- Install the removed DIR-CIDS, 1 (101RH) and DIR-CIDS, 2 (102RH) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-34-400-001).
- Install all the removed DEU-A (200RHxx) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-46-400-001).
- Reconnect all the DEU-mount-connectors to the related DEU-mounts (2010VUxx/2014VUx) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-48-400-001).
D. Do the test given in Para. 3.A.
