- install a new DIR-CIDS, 1 (101RH) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-34-400-001).
**ON A/C 151-199,
B. If the fault continues:
- make sure that at least one cabin door is open,
- open these CBs:
49VU: 150RH (G01) COM DIR ESS/1
49VU: 157RH (G02) COM DIR ESS/2
121VU:151RH (M06) CIDS/DIR NORM/1
121VU:156RH (M07) CIDS/DIR NORM/2,
- wait for approx. 10 s and close the CBs 156RH and 157RH.
- stop for approx. 120 s,
- do the PTP test again.
(1) If the test is OK:
- install a new DIR-CIDS, 1 (101RH) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-34-400-001).
**ON A/C 001-049, 051-099, 101-105, 151-199, 201-299,
C. If the fault continues:
- do a check and repair the wiring between: CB 161RH and the PTP (115RH) connector A/17, DIR-CIDS (101RH) connector AA/F12 and PTP (115RH) connector A/1, DIR-CIDS (101RH) connector AA/G12 and PTP (115RH) connector A/2, DIR-CIDS (101RH) connector AA/J12 and PTP (115RH) connector A/4, DIR-CIDS (101RH) connector AA/K12 and PTP (115RH) connector A/5, DIR-CIDS (102RH) connector AA/F12 and PTP (115RH) connector A/1, DIR-CIDS (102RH) connector AA/G12 and PTP (115RH) connector A/2, DIR-CIDS (102RH) connector AA/J12 and PTP (115RH) connector A/4, DIR-CIDS (102RH) connector AA/K12 and PTP (115RH) connector A/5, PTP (115RH) connector A/3 and GND, PTP (115RH) connector A/8 and GND, PTP (115RH) connector A/16 and GND (Ref. D. Install the removed DIR-CIDS (101RH) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-34-400-001).
E. Do the test given in Para. 3.A.

A. If the test gives a different maintenance message, do the trouble shooting procedure related to the maintenance message.
**ON A/C 001-049, 051-099, 101-105, 201-299,
B. If the CIDS1 BITE test gives the maintenance message ATTND PNL AFT:
- remove the DIR-CIDS, 1 (101RH) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-34-000-001).
- make sure that at least one cabin door is open,
- close these CBs:
49VU: 150RH (G02) CIDS/DIR 1 & 2/ESS
121VU:151RH (M05) CIDS/DIR 1 & 2/NORM,
- stop for approx. 120 s,
- do the CIDS2 BITE test.
(1) If the CIDS2 BITE test does not give the message ATTND PNL AFT:
- install a new DIR-CIDS, 1 (101RH) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-34-400-001).
(a) If the fault continues:
- replace the ATTENDANT PANEL-AFT (126RH) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-13-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-13-400-001).
