R (b) If there is not an open circuit:
R - reconnect the electrical connector to the DEU TERMINATION BOX
R (209RH1).
R - disconnect the electrical connector from the DEU CONNECTION BOX
R (208RH1) (Ref. ASM 23-73/06),
R - do a check for continuity at the wiring between:
R DIR-CIDS, 1 (101RH) connector AA/D15 and the DEU CONNECTION BOX
R (208RH1) connector pin A/2,
R DIR-CIDS, 1 (101RH) connector AA/E15 and the DEU CONNECTION BOX
R (208RH1) connector pin A/1.
R 1_ If there is no continuity:
R - repair the wiring between the DIR-CIDS, 1 (101RH) connector
R and the DEU CONNECTION BOX (208RH1) connector (Ref. ASM 23-R 73/06).
R 2_ If there is continuity:
R - do a check for continuity of the wiring between:
R DEU CONNECTION BOX (208RH1) pin A/1 and pin A/9 ,
R DEU CONNECTION BOX (208RH1) pin A/2 and pin A/10.
R a_ If there is no continuity:
R - replace the DEU CONNECTION BOX (208RH1) (Ref. AMM TASK
R 23-73-42-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-42-400-001).
R b_ If there is continuity:
R - reconnect the connector to the DEU CONNECTION BOX
R (208RH1).
R - do the steps 4. B. (6) again for the subsequent DEU
R CONNECTION BOXES until the maintenance message stops:
R DIR-CIDS, 1 (101RH) and DEU CONNECTION BOX (208RH3)
R connector,
R DIR-CIDS, 1 (101RH) and DEU CONNECTION BOX (208RH7)
R connector,
R DIR-CIDS, 1 (101RH) and DEU CONNECTION BOX (208RH13)
R connector,
R DIR-CIDS, 1 (101RH) and DEU TERMINATION BOX (209RH1)
R connector,
R (7) If the resistance (line to line) is less than 80 ohms (short
R circuit):
R - remove the DEU-A (200RH15) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-46-000-001).
R - do a check for a short circuit again.
R (a) If there is no short circuit:
R - install a new DEU-A (200RH15) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-46-400-001).

R - install the removed DEU-A (200RH15) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-46-R 400-001).
R - disconnect the electrical connector from the DEU TERMINATION
R BOX (209RH1) (Ref. ASM 23-73/06),
R - do a check for a short circuit again.
R 1_ If there is a short circuit:
R - reconnect the electrical connector to the DEU TERMINATION
R BOX (209RH1),
R - do the steps 4. B. (7) again for the subsequent DEUs and DEU
R CONNECTION BOXES until the maintenance message stops: (Ref.
R ASM 23-73/06)
R DEU-A (200RH13) and DEU CONNECTION BOX (208RH13),
R DEU-A (200RH7) and DEU CONNECTION BOX (208RH7).
R DEU-A (200RH3) and DEU CONNECTION BOX (208RH3),
R DEU-A (200RH1) and DEU CONNECTION BOX (208RH1),
R 2_ If there is no short circuit:
R - do a check for a short circuit at the disconnected connector
R between the pins A/9 and A/10 (Ref. ASM 23-73/06)
R a_ If there is a short circuit:
R - repair the wiring between the related CONNECTION BOX
R (208RHxx) and the DEU TERMINATION BOX (209RH1) CONNECTION
R BOX (208RHxx) (Ref. ASM 23-73/06).
R b_ If there is no short circuit:
R - replace the DEU TERMINATION BOX (209RH1) (Ref. AMM TASK
R 23-73-43-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-43-400-001).
**ON A/C 001-049, 051-099, 101-105, 151-199, 201-299,
C. Installation of removed components
- Install the removed DIR-CIDS, 1 (101RH) and DIR-CIDS, 2 (102RH) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-34-400-001),
- Install all the removed DEU-A (200RHxx) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-46-400-001),
- Reconnect all the DEU-mount-connectors to the related DEU-mounts (2010VUxx/2014VUx) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-48-400-001).
- Make sure that all previously opened CBs are closed.
R **ON A/C 106-149, 301-399, 401-499,
C. Installation of removed components
- Install the removed DIR-CIDS, 1 (101RH) and DIR-CIDS, 2 (102RH) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-34-400-001),
- Install all the removed DEU-A (200RHxx) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-46-400-001),
