Post SB 23-1208 For A/C 216-216,
A. If the images from cameras 2 and 3 are good and the images from camera 1 are bad, and the green LED is on:
- replace the CAMERA-COCKPIT DOOR (12RA), (Ref. AMM TASK 23-72-51-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 23-72-51-400-001).
(1) If the fault continues:
- replace the MONITOR-COCKPIT DOOR SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM (10RA), (Ref. AMM TASK 23-72-22-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 23-72-22-400-001).
(2) If the fault continues:
- do a check and if necessary repair the wiring between the MONITOR-COCKPIT DOOR SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM (10RA) and the CAMERA-COCKPIT DOOR (12RA), (Ref. ASM 23-72/01).
B. Do the test given in Para. 3.

(1) Do the BITE test of the Cockpit Door Surveillance System (CDSS) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-72-00-740-001).

A. If the message "Camera 2 No Video/IR Fail" shows on the LCD monitor, camera 2 images do not show (cameras 1 and 3 images show), and the green LED flashes:
- replace the CAMERA-DR 1, RH (14RA), (Ref. AMM TASK 23-72-51-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 23-72-51-400-001).
(1) If the fault continues:
- replace the MONITOR-COCKPIT DOOR SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM (10RA), (Ref. AMM TASK 23-72-22-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 23-72-22-400-001).
(2) If the fault continues:
- do a check and if necessary repair the wiring between the MONITOR-COCKPIT DOOR SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM (10RA) and the CAMERA-DR 1, RH (14RA), (Ref. ASM 23-72/01).
B. If the message "Camera 2 No Video Signal" shows on the LCD monitor, camera 2 images do not show (cameras 1 and 3 images show), and the green LED flashes:
- replace the CAMERA-DR 1, RH (14RA), (Ref. AMM TASK 23-72-51-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 23-72-51-400-001).
(1) If the fault continues:
- replace the MONITOR-COCKPIT DOOR SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM (10RA), (Ref. AMM TASK 23-72-22-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 23-72-22-400-001).
(2) If the fault continues:
- do a check and if necessary repair the wiring between the MONITOR-COCKPIT DOOR SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM (10RA) and the CAMERA-DR 1, RH (14RA), (Ref. ASM 23-72/01).
C. If the message "Camera 2 No Video Power & Camera 2 No Power/IR Fail" shows on the LCD monitor, camera 2 images do not show (cameras 1 and 3 images show), and the green LED flashes:
- replace the CAMERA-DR 1, RH (14RA), (Ref. AMM TASK 23-72-51-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 23-72-51-400-001).
(1) If the fault continues:
- replace the MONITOR-COCKPIT DOOR SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM (10RA), (Ref. AMM TASK 23-72-22-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 23-72-22-400-001).
