- install a new DIR-CIDS, 1 (101RH) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-34-400-001),
- do the test again.

1 If the fault continues:
_
- do a check and repair the wiring between the: CB 151RH and DIR-CIDS1 connector AB/E12, CB 151RH and DIR-CIDS1 connector AC/4, DIR-CIDS1 connector AC/6 and GND, DIR-CIDS1 connector AB/C12 and DIR-CIDS2 connector AB/F12 (Ref. ASM 23-73/06).
(b) If the ECAM message CIDS 1&2 FAULT do not come on and the CFDS message CIDS2 (ACT) come on:
- install a new DIR-CIDS, 1 (101RH) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-34-400-001),
- do the test again.
1 If the fault continues:
_
- do a check and repair the wiring between the: CB 151RH and DIR-CIDS1 connector AB/E12, CB 151RH and DIR-CIDS1 connector AC/4, DIR-CIDS1 connector AC/6 and GND, DIR-CIDS1 connector AB/C12 and DIR-CIDS2 connector AB/F12 (Ref. ASM 23-73/06).
D. If the fault is confirmed and CIDS2 (ACT) is shown on the CFDS:
- replace DIR-CIDS, 2 (102RH) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-34-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-34-400-001),
- do the test again.
(1) If the ECAM message CIDS 1&2 FAULT is not shown and the CFDS message CIDS2 DIRECTOR is not shown, but the CIDS2 is in operation (ACT mode):
- install a new DIR-CIDS, 1 (101RH) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-34-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-34-400-001).
(a) If the fault continues:
- do a check and repair the wiring if necessary between the: CB 151RH and DIR-CIDS1 connector AB/E12, CB 151RH and DIR-CIDS1 connector AC/4, CB 151RH and DIR-CIDS2 connector AB/E12, CB 151RH and DIR-CIDS2 connector AC/4, DIR-CIDS1 connector AC/6 and GND, DIR-CIDS1 connector AB/C12 and DIR-CIDS2 connector AB/F12 (Ref. ASM 23-73/06).
R **ON A/C 106-149, 301-399, 401-499,
C. If the fault is confirmed and DIR1 ACTIVE is shown on the CFDS:
- make sure that at least one cabin door is open,
- open these CBs:
49VU: 150RH - COM/CIDS/DIR ESS/1
49VU: 157RH - COM/CIDS/DIR ESS/2
49VU: 15WH - AIR COND/CIDS/SDF/DIR 1 ESS

- wait for approx. 10 s and close 156RH, 157RH, 14WH and 18WH
- stop for approx. 120 s,
- do the test again.
(1) If the ECAM message CIDS 1&2 FAULT and CFDS message 237334 DIR2(102RH) DIR1 ACTIVE come on:
- install a new DIR-CIDS, 2 (102RH) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-34-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-34-400-001)
- do the test again.
(a) If the fault continues:
- do a check and repair the wiring if necessary between the: CB 156RH and DIR-CIDS, 2 (102RH) connector AB/E12, CB 156RH and DIR-CIDS, 2 (102RH) connector AC/4 (Ref. ASM 23-73/06). DIR-CIDS, 2 (102RH) connector AC pin 6 and GND.
- install a new DIR-CIDS, 1 (101RH) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-34-400-001),
- do the test again.
1 If the fault continues:
_
- do a check and repair the wiring between the: CB 151RH and DIR-CIDS, 1 (101RH) connector AB/E12, CB 151RH and DIR-CIDS, 1 (101RH) connector AC/4, DIR-CIDS, 1 (101RH) connector AC/6 and GND, DIR-CIDS, 1 (101RH) connector AB/C12 and DIR-CIDS, 2 (102RH) connector AB/F12 (Ref. ASM 23-73/06).
(2) If the ECAM message CIDS 1&2 FAULT do not come on and the CFDS message CIDS2, DIR2 ACTIVE come on:
- install a new DIR-CIDS, 1 (101RH) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-34-400-001),
- do the test again.
(a) If the fault continues:
- do a check and repair the wiring between the: CB 151RH and DIR-CIDS, 1 (101RH) connector AB/E12, CB 151RH and DIR-CIDS, 1 (101RH) connector AC/4, DIR-CIDS, 1 (101RH) connector AC/6 and GND, DIR-CIDS, 1 (101RH) connector AB/C12 and DIR-CIDS, 2 (102RH) connector AB/F12 (Ref. ASM 23-73/06).
D. If the fault is confirmed and DIR2 ACTIVE is shown on the CFDS:
