3. Fault Confirmation

A. Test
(1) Do the operational test of the Captain ACP switching to the Third Occupant ACP (Ref. AMM TASK 23-51-00-710-003).
NOTE : Do this test for the Captain station only.

4. Fault Isolation
_______________
A. If the AUDIO 3XFRD indication does not come into view on the upper display unit of the ECAM system:
- replace the SEL SW-AUDIO SWITCHING (16RN) (Ref. IPC 235108).
(1) If the fault continues:
- do a check for a ground signal at pin 1 of the AUDIO SWITCHING selector switch (16RN) (Ref. ASM 23-51/04).
(a) If there is no ground signal:
- repair the wiring between the AUDIO SWITCHING selector switch (16RN) and the ground terminal (Ref. ASM 23-51/04).
(b) If there is a ground signal:
- do a check and repair the wiring between AUDIO SWITCHING selector switch (16RN) pin 2 and the first terminal block (Ref. ASM 23-51/04).
B. Do the test given in Para. 3.
