B. If the test confirms the fault:
- replace the AAP (126RH) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-13-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-13-400-001).
(1) If the fault continues:
- replace the DECODER/ENCODER UNIT B (300RH7) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-47-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-47-400-001).
(a) If the fault continues:
- do a check and repair the wiring between the: DEU-B (300RH7) connector C/40 and AAP (126RH) connector A/1, DEU-B (300RH7) connector C/41 and AAP (126RH) connector A/2, DEU-B (300RH7) connector C/24 and AAP (126RH) connector A/4, DEU-B (300RH7) connector C/39 and AAP (126RH) connector A/7, DEU-B (300RH7) connector C/23 and AAP (126RH) connector A/8, AAP (126RH) connector C/3 and GND (Ref. ASM 23-73/10).
**ON A/C 151-199,
B. If the CIDS1 BITE test gives the maintenance message ATTND PNL AFT:
- make sure that at least one cabin door is open,
- open these CBs:
49VU: 150RH (G01) COM DIR ESS/1
49VU: 157RH (G02) COM DIR ESS/2
121VU:151RH (M06) CIDS/DIR NORM/1
121VU:156RH (M07) CIDS/DIR NORM/2,
- wait for approx. 10 s and close the CBs 156RH and 157RH.
- stop for approx. 120 s,
- do the CIDS2 BITE test.
(1) If the CIDS2 BITE test does not give the message ATTND PNL AFT:
- install a new DIR-CIDS, 1 (101RH) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-34-400-001).
(a) If the fault continues:
- replace the ATTENDANT PANEL-AFT (126RH) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-13-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-13-400-001).

- replace the DEU-B (300RH5) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-47-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-47-400-001).
