4. Fault Isolation
_______________
A. If the test gives a different maintenance message, do the trouble shooting procedure related to the maintenance message.
**ON A/C 001-049, 051-099, 101-105, 151-199, 201-299,
B. If the CFDS gives the maintenance message ATTND PNL AFT (126RH):
- do the trouble shooting for the CFDS maintenance message ATTND PNL AFT (126RH)(Ref. TASK 23-73-00-810-878).
C. If the CFDS gives no ATTND PNL AFT fault message and you cannot control the AAP controlled system through the AAP:
- replace the ATTENDANT PANEL-AFT (126RH) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-13-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-13-400-001).
(1) If the fault continues:

- replace the DEU-B (300RH5) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-47-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-47-400-001).

(2) If the fault continues:

- check and repair if necessary the wiring between the: DEU-B 300RH5 conn. C/11 and AAP 126RH conn. A/11, DEU-B 300RH5 conn. C/9 and AAP 126RH conn. A/24, DEU-B 300RH5 conn. C/13 and AAP 126RH conn. A/10, DEU-B 300RH5 conn. C/45 and AAP 126RH conn. A/9, (Ref. ASM 23-73/10).

B. If the CFDS gives the maintenance message AAP(126RH) <NAME>:
- do the trouble shooting for the CFDS maintenance message AAP(126RH) <NAME> (Ref. TASK 23-73-00-810-878).
C. If the CFDS gives no AAP (126RH) <NAME> fault message and you cannot control the AAP controlled system through the AAP:
- replace the AAP (126RH) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-13-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-13-400-001).
(1) If the fault continues:
- replace the DECODER/ENCODER UNIT B (300RH7) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-47-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-47-400-001).

(1) Do the CIDS BITE test through the CFDS (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-00-740-005).

(2) On the cockpit overhead panel 25VU (SIGNS):

- set the SEAT BELTS (191RH) switch to ON,

- set the NO SMOKING (190RH) switch to ON.

(3) On the cockpit overhead panel 21VU (CALLS):

- push the CALLS/EMER CALL (180RH) pushbutton switch,

- push the CALLS/FWD (181RH1) pushbutton,

- push the CALLS/AFT (181RH2) pushbutton.
