A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) On panel 25VU make sure that the switch 3LA NAV & LOGO ON/OFF is in the OFF position.

B. De-energize Electrical Circuits
(1) De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits. (Ref. TASK 24-41-00-862-002)

D. Safety Precautions
(1)
Put the warning notices in the flight compartment to tell persons not to operate the logo lights.
(2)
Put the access platform in position at zone 334 for the left hand logo light and/or zone 344 for the right hand logo light.
4. Procedure

A. Remove Lamp
CAUTION : DO NOT TOUCH THE LAMP GLASS WITH YOUR FINGERS.
_______ THE OILS FROM YOUR SKIN WILL QUICKLY CAUSE DETERIORATION OF THE LAMP. IF YOU ACCIDENTALLY TOUCH THE LAMP GLASS, CLEAN IT WITH A LINT-FREE CLOTH.
(1)
Remove the countersunk screws (1) around the frame assembly (2).
(2)
Remove the frame assembly (2) and the seal (3).
(3)
Release the quick-release fasteners (5) and remove the attach ring (4).
(4)
Remove the beam lamp (6) with the seal (8). Subtask 33-47-11-020-053
B. Disconnect Electrical Connectors
(1) Disconnect the electrical connector (7) from the beam lamp (6).
(2)
Put blanking caps on the disconnected electrical connectors. Subtask 33-47-11-420-050
C. Replace Lamp
(1)
Replace the beam lamp (6) if necessary. Subtask 33-47-11-420-052
D. Install Lamp
(1)
Remove the blanking cap from the disconnected electrical connector.
(2)
Connect the electrical connector (7) to the beam lamp (6).
(3)
Install the beam lamp (6) with the seal (8) and tighten it with the attach ring (4).
(4)
Install the sealring (3) and the frame assembly (2) and tighten it with the countersunk screws (1).

E. Painting
(1) Apply STRUCTURE PAINTS (Material No. 16-016) to the heads of the countersunk screws (1).
