CAUTION : DO NOT TOUCH THE LAMP GLASS WITH YOUR FINGERS.
_______ THE OILS FROM YOUR SKIN WILL QUICKLY CAUSE DETERIORATION OF THE LAMP. IF YOU ACCIDENTALLY TOUCH THE LAMP GLASS, CLEAN IT WITH A LINT-FREE CLOTH.

Subtask 33-46-12-020-054
A. Removal of the Lamp (Ref. Fig. 402/TASK 33-46-12-991-003)
R (1) Remove the washer (2).
R R (2) Remove the screw (1) with an ALLEN KEY 3/32 IN and the insulating washer (3).
R (3) Remove the clamp (4).
R (4) Pull the lamp (5) away from the support (8) and disconnect the two electrical terminals (7).
R (5) Remove the lamp (5).
R (6) If the gasket (6) on the support (8) is defective, remove and discard it.

B. Installation of the lamp (Ref. Fig. 402/TASK 33-46-12-991-003)
(1) If necessary, install a new gasket (6) in position on its support (8).
(2) Connect the two electrical terminals (7) to the new lamp (5) and install it in position on its support (8). Hold it in this position.
(3) Put the clamp (4) in position.

R R R (4) Manually compress the clamp (4) to move the two brackets nearer together and install the screw (1) with an ALLEN KEY 3/32 IN. Tighten by two turns and do not cause visual signs of distortion of the two brackets.
