A. Removal of the Cabin Wall-Mounted Emergency-Exit Markers
(1)
Removal of the Emergency-Exit-Marker Assembly
(a)
Remove the screw (4) from the lens (5).
(b)
Carefully remove the lens (5) from the light housing (6).
(c)
Remove the screws (3) and the washers (2) from the light housing (6).
(d)
Remove the light housing (6) from the wall panel.
(e)
Support the light housing (6) and disconnect the electrical connections (7) with the insertion/removal tool M 15.570-22.
(f)
Remove the light housing (6).
(2)
Removal of the Bulb(s) of the Emergency-Exit-Marker
(a)
Remove the screw (4) from the lens (5).
(b)
Carefully remove the lens (5) from the light housing (6).
(c)
Remove the bulb(s) (1).

A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1)
On the overhead panel 25VU, make sure that the EMER EXIT LT switch 4WL is in the OFF position.
(2)
On the overhead panel 25VU, make sure that the NO SMOKING switch 190RH is in the OFF position.
(3)
On the Forward Attendant Panel (FAP) 120RH, make sure that the LIGHT EMER pushbutton switch and its integral light are off.
