A. Preparation for Test
(1)
Make sure that the emergency escape hatches are closed and the covers of the control handles are installed.
(2)
On the overhead panel 25VU, make sure that the EMER EXIT LT switch 4WL is in the OFF position.

On the overhead panel 25VU, make sure that the NO SMOKING switch 190RH is in the OFF position.
(4)
Reset the emergency lighting system:
-
On the Forward Attendant Panel (FAP) 120RH, push the LIGHT EMER pushbutton switch to the on position
-
On the FAP 120RH, push the LIGHT EMER pushbutton switch to the off position.

-put in this users code: 3351.

push the ENTER line select key.

push the TEST EMER-LIGHT BAT membrane switch.
On the PTP 110RH:
-
the CIDS menu comes on.
-
the SYST TEST menu comes on.
-
the ENTER ACCESS CODE page comes on.
-
the EMER BATTERY TEST page and the PUSH BAT KEY display comes on.
-
the integral light of the BATmembrane switch comes on.
- on the PTP display a clock comes on and shows the time taken for the test.
