Put the stepladder in position:
FOR 10WL
at the left FWD passenger/crew door,
FOR 13WL
between the AFT passenger/crew doors.
(2)
Remove the ceiling panel to get access to the the emergency power-supply unit: FOR 10WL remove 221BC at the left FWD passenger/crew door (Ref. TASK 25-23-42-000-001),

Remove the lower sidewall panel to get access to the emergency power-supply unit: FOR 11WL remove 241KW at the left emergency exit(s) (Ref. TASK 25-23-44-000-001), FOR 12WL remove 242KW at the right emergency exit(s) (Ref. TASK 25-23-44-000-001). FOR 13WL

Open the ceiling filler-panel door adjacent to the ceiling panel 261CC at the left AFT passenger/crew door.

between the rear emergency exit doors,

between the forward emergency exit doors,

between the forward emergency exit doors.

Remove the ceiling panel to get access to the the emergency power-supply unit: FOR 10WL remove 221BC at the left FWD passenger/crew door (Ref. TASK 25-23-42-000-001), FOR 11WL remove 251KC between the rear emergency exit doors (Ref. TASK 25-23-41-000-001), FOR 12WL remove 251KC between the rear emergency exit doors (Ref. TASK 25-23-41-000-001), FOR 14WL remove 231JC between the forward emergency exit doors (Ref. TASK 25-23-41-000-001), FOR 15WL remove 231JC between the forward emergency exit doors (Ref. TASK 25-23-41-000-001),

Lower one side of the emergency oxygen container and remove the ceiling panel to get access to the emergency power-supply unit: FOR 13WL
-disengage and lower one side of the emergency oxygen container 33WR between the AFT passenger/crew doors (Ref. TASK 35-21-41-000-001),
NOTE : Do not disconnect the electrical connector of the emergency

oxygen container.
-remove the ceiling panel 261CC at the left AFT passenger/crew door (Ref. TASK 25-23-42-000-002).

A. Removal of the Emergency Power-Supply Unit (EPSU)
(1) Disconnect the electrical connector (2) from the emergency power-supply unit (1).
(2) Put blanking caps on the disconnected electrical connectors.
(3) Remove the screws (3) and the washers (4) from the emergency power-supply unit (1).
(4) Remove the emergency power-supply unit (1).
(5) Remove the screws (5) from the battery (6).
(6) Carefully remove the battery (6) from the emergency power-supply unit (1).
(7) Keep the battery (6) and/or the spare batteries under work shop conditions connected to a constant power source (Ref. CMM 335107).
