 C.  When captain's and first officer's VHF NAV control panels are each tuned to a separate VOR station, and the EFIS transfer switch is in NORMAL position, the following data will be displayed by EFIS:
 (1)  
DME-1 distance information is displayed on the left EHSI, and similar data from the DME-2 is displayed on the right EHSI.

 (2)  
VOR vector (V1) is received from the VHF NAV receiver No. 1, and VOR vector (V2) is received from the VHF NAV receiver No. 2. Both V1 and V2 are displayed on the two EHSIs. The left EADI and EHSI also display other VOR data received from VHF NAV receiver No. 1. Similarly, the right EADI and EHSI display other VOR data received from VHF NAV receiver No. 2.

 (3)  
ILS information received from VHF NAV receiver No. 1 is displayed on the left EADI and EHSI. Similar data from VHF NAV receiver No. 2 is displayed on the right EADI and EHSI.


 D.  If a DME or a VHF NAV receiver failure occurs, the VHF NAV transfer switch can be used to select the DME and VOR/ILS data from the opposite systems.
 15. EFIS - Air Data Computer Interface (Fig. 10)__________________________________
 A.  The air data computers provide airspeed and mach information to the EFIS symbol generators. The data are transmitted on ARINC 429 low speed digital data buses.
 B.  The left symbol generator receives data from ADC-1, and the right symbol generator receives data from ADC-2.
 16. EFIS - Stall Warning Interface (Fig. 11)______________________________
 A.  The stall warning computers provide pitch limit information to the EFIS symbol generators.
 B.  The data are transmitted on ARINC 429 low speed digital data buses.
 C.  The left symbol generator receives data from the SWC-1, and the right symbol generator receives data from SWC-2.
 17. EFIS - Radio Altimeter Interface (Fig. 12)________________________________
 A.  The radio altimeters provide radio altitude data of up to 2500 feet to the EFIS symbol generators. In addition, the EFIS control panels provide decision height (DH) information to the symbol generators.
 B.  At power up the DH value on the EFIS control panel is automatically set to 200 feet. However, the DH can be set to any value from -20 feet to +999 feet by turning the decision height set control on the EFIS control panel.
