Put the adjustable access platform in position below the applicable wing trailing edge at the flap.

Remove the applicable flap track fairings (Ref. TASK 57-55-11-000-004):

for the right wing, remove 631CB, 632CB, 633CB.

-MAKE SURE THAT THE ELECTRICAL CABLES ARE INSTALLED CORRECTLY. INCORRECT INSTALLATION CAN CAUSE DAMAGE.

A. Preparation for Inspection
(1) Use a MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-003), made moist with CLEANING AGENTS (Material No. 11-026) to clean the flap actuator brackets at tracks 2, 3 and 4.

B. Inspection
(1) Do a special detailed inspection of the flap actuator brackets at tracks 2, 3 and 4 (Ref. NTM 57-51-01 PART 4).
NOTE : If necessary, refer to the ASRM (Ref. ASRM 575100) for the
____ correct repair procedure. If the defect is not included in this repair, you must request a procedure from Airbus Industrie.

Install the applicable flap track fairings (Ref. TASK 57-55-11-400-001):

for the left wing, install 531CB, 532CB, 533CB

for the right wing, install 631CB, 632CB, 633CB.
(3)
Remove the LOCKING TOOL - FLAP/SLAT CONTROL LEVER from the flap/slat control lever.
(4) Fully retract the flaps (Ref. TASK 27-50-00-866-009).

(1)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
(2)
Install the applicable flap track fairings (Ref. TASK 57-55-11-400-004):

(3)
Remove the LOCKING TOOL - FLAP/SLAT CONTROL LEVER from the flap/slat control lever.
(4)
Fully retract the flaps (Ref. TASK 27-50-00-866-009).
