Remove one of the slat attachment bolts on slat tracks 7 or 8 (Ref. TASK 27-84-65-000-001).
(b)
Examine the attachment bolt. Make sure that:
-there is no corrosion or damage
-
the shank of the bolt is not worn
-
the bolt hole is not worn or damaged.
NOTE : If necessary, discard the worn/damaged bolt and install a
____
replacement item.
(c)
Install the slat attachment bolt (Ref. TASK 27-84-65-400-002).
(d)
Do steps (a) thru (c) for each attachment bolt on the slat tracks 7 and 8 attachment links and side plates.
