R (3) At the front mounting:
R (a) Install the hollow bolt (12).
R (b) Install the washer (13) and the nut (14).
R (c) TORQUE the nut (14) to between 11.0 and 12.2 m.daN (81.12 and
R 89.97 lbf.ft).
R (d) Safety the nut (14) with MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-010).
R (e) Install the bolt (11), the new lockwasher (15) and the nut (16).
R (f) TORQUE the nut (16) to between 6.8 and 7.8 m.daN (50.14 and 57.52
R lbf.ft).
R (g) Safety the nut (16) with the lockwasher (15).
R (4) At the rear mounting:
R (a) Install the bush (8) and the hollow bolt (9).
R (b) Install the washer (7), the new lockwasher (6) and the nut (5).
R (c) TORQUE the nut (5) to between 15.3 and 16.3 m.daN (112.83 and
R 120.20 lbf.ft).
R (d) Safety the nut (5) with the lockwasher (6).
R (e) Install the bolt (10), the washer (4) and the nut (3).
R (f) TORQUE the nut (3) to between 14.5 and 15.5 m.daN (106.93 and
R 114.30 lbf.ft).
R (g) Install the new cotter pin (2).
R (5) Apply a thin layer of SEALANTS (Material No. 09-005) around:
R - the heads of the bolts (10) and (11)
R - the hollow bolts (9) and (12)
R - the nuts (3), (5), (14) and (16).
