R  (b) Set the access panel (2) so that:  
R  - dimension X is between 0.1 mm (0.0039 in.) and 4.3 mm (0.1692  
R  in.) along the full length of the panel. Try and set the  
R  clearance as near as possible to 2.0 mm (0.0787 in.).  
R  - dimension Z is between 3.0 mm (0.1181 in.) and 6.0 mm (0.2362  
R  in.) along the full width of the panel inboard end. Try and set  
R  the clearance as near as possible to 4.0 mm (0.1574 in.).  
R  (c) Attach the access panel (2) to the wing with the remaining camloc  
R  fasteners (1).  
R  (d) Fill the clearance between the access panel (2) and the trailing  
R  edge of the wing skin with SEALANTS (Material No. 09-016).  
R  (3) Install the access panel 575CB(675CB) (12) as follows:  
R  (a) Put the access panel (12) in position and attach it with two of  
R  the outer camloc fasteners (11).  
R  (b) Set the access panel (12) so that:  
R  - dimension X is between 0.1 mm (0.0039 in.) and 4.3 mm (0.1692  
R  in.) along the full length of the panel. Try and set the  
R  clearance as near as possible to 2.0 mm (0.0787 in.).  
R  - dimension Z is between 3.0 mm (0.1181 in.) and 6.0 mm (0.2362  
R  in.) along the full width of the panel outboard end. Try and  
R  set the clearance as near as possible to 4.0 mm (0.1574 in.).  
R  (c) Attach the access panel (12) to the wing with the remaining  
R  camloc fasteners (11).  
R  (d) Fill the clearance between the access panel (12) and the trailing  
R  edge of the wing skin with SEALANTS (Material No. 09-016).  
R  (4) Install the access panel 575DB(675DB) (10) as follows:  
R  (a) Put the access panel (10) in position and attach it with two of  
R  the outer camloc fasteners (9).  
R  (b) Set the access panel (10) so that:  
R  - dimension X is between 0.1 mm (0.0039 in.) and 4.3 mm (0.1692  
R  in.) along the full length of the panel. Try and set the  
R  clearance as near as possible to 2.0 mm (0.0787 in.).  
R  - dimension Z is between 3.0 mm (0.1181 in.) and 6.0 mm (0.2362  
R  in.) along each full width of the panel. Try and set the two  
R  clearances as near as possible to 4.0 mm (0.1574 in.).
R  (c) Attach the access panel (10) to the wing with the remaining  
R  camloc fasteners (9).  
R  (d) Fill the clearance between the access panel (10) and the trailing  
R  edge of the wing skin with SEALANTS (Material No. 09-016).  
R  (5) Install the access panel 575EB(675EB) (8) as follows:  
R  (a) Put the access panel (8) in position and attach it with two of  
R  the outer camloc fasteners (7).  
R  (b) Set the access panel (8) so that:  
R  - dimension X is between 0.1 mm (0.0039 in.) and 4.3 mm (0.1692  
R  in.) along the full length of the panel. Try and set the  
R  clearance as near as possible to 2.0 mm (0.0787 in.).  
R  - dimension Z is between 3.0 mm (0.1181 in.) and 6.0 mm (0.2362  
R  in.) along each full width of the panel. Try and set the two  
R  clearances as near as possible to 4.0 mm (0.1574 in.).  
R  (c) Attach the access panel (8) to the wing with the remaining camloc  
R  fasteners (7).  
R  (d) Fill the clearance between the access panel (8) and the trailing  
R  edge of the wing skin with SEALANTS (Material No. 09-016).  
R  (6) Install the access panel 575FB(675FB) (6) as follows:  
R  (a) Put the access panel (6) in position and attach it with two of  
R  the outer camloc fasteners (5).  
R  (b) Set the access panel (6) so that:  
R  - dimension X is between 0.1 mm (0.0039 in.) and 4.3 mm (0.1692  
R  in.) along the full length of the panel. Try and set the  
R  clearance as near as possible to 2.0 mm (0.0787 in.).  
R  - dimension Z is between 3.0 mm (0.1181 in.) and 6.0 mm (0.2362  
R  in.) along the full width of the panel inboard end. Try and set  
R  the clearance as near as possible to 4.0 mm (0.1574 in.).  
R  (c) Attach the access panel (6) to the wing with the remaining camloc  
R  fasteners (5).  
R  (d) Fill the clearance between the access panel (6) and the trailing
