(b) Examine the attachment bolt. Make sure that:
-there is no corrosion or damage
-
the shank of the bolt is not worn
-
the bolt hole is not worn or damaged.
NOTE : If necessary, discard the worn/damaged bolt and install a

replacement item.
(c)
Install the slat attachment bolt (Ref. TASK 27-84-66-400-002).
(d)
Do steps (a) thru (c) for each attachment bolt on the slat tracks 9 and 10 attachment links and side plates.

B. Inspection
(1)
Do an inspection of the slat track 9 and 10 attachments in the areas shown.
(2)
Make sure that there is no corrosion, cracks or damage and that the sealant is in a seviceable condition.
NOTE : If necessary, refer to the ASRM (Ref. ASRM 574000) for the

correct repair procedure.

(1) Retract the slats fully (Ref. TASK 27-80-00-866-005). Subtask 57-45-00-942-064
D. Removal of Equipment
(1)
Remove the warning notice(s).
(2)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
(3)
Remove the safety barriers.
(4)
Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
