(1) The flap beam and track assembly 2 supports and moves the outboard end of the inboard flap. The track 2 drive brackets and support brackets (all machined from aluminum alloy) are installed on the rear false spar.
The outboard flap is supported and moved by the flap beam and track assemblies 3 and 4. The track 3 and 4 drive brackets and support brackets are installed on the mid and outer rear spar sections.
A titanium alloy spring-plate, attached to the aft of the shroud panel, touches the outboard flap when it is retracted. Also, a roller bearing, attached to a machined rib, goes into a track on the flap end.
(2)
The aileron support structure has five machined aluminum-alloy 'A' frames attached to brackets on the rear spar. A tie-beam connects the three inboard 'A' frames. At the inboard end of the tie beam is a diagonal brace which is also connected to the rear spar. Two rails connect the outboard 'A' frames and diaphragms to RIB27. The diaphragms are attached to brackets on the rear spar.
(3)
The spoiler hinge brackets and fittings are machined from aluminum alloy.
Electrical and hydraulic systems are also installed in the fixed structure of the trailing edge. Machined aluminum alloy riblets are attached to the rear spar. They give support to the wing systems, to the top skin panels and the bottom access panels.

F. Attachments for Trailing Edge Devices and their Drive Mechanisms
The attachments for the trailing edge devices are aft of the mid and outer rear spar sections and the rear false spar. They are:
-
the flap drive attachment brackets
-
the aileron attachment brackets
-
the spoiler hinge brackets and fittings.
(1) The flap beam and track assembly 2 supports and moves the outboard end of the inboard flap. The track 2 drive brackets and support brackets (all machined from aluminum alloy) are installed on the rear false spar.

G. Flap Beam and Track 1
The flap beam and track 1 is attached at three positions:
-
a forward attachment
-
a center attachment (adjustable)
-
a rear attachment.
Bolts attach the forward attachment to the aircraft structure and,
through a link, to the flap beam and track. The center attachment is
adjustable and is attached by bolts to the aircraft structure and to the
flap beam and track. Bolts attach the aft attachment to the aircraft
structure and, through a machined lug, to the flap beam and track.
The flap beam and track is a titanium assembly, with a machined roller track at each side. A flap actuating lever at the forward end of the beam has a limit stop. An end plate at the rear end of the beam is the limit stop for the flap carriage. 中国航空网 www.aero.cn 航空翻译 www.aviation.cn 本文链接地址:A320飞机维护手册 AMM WINGS 机翼3(79)
