NOTE : MASTER CAUT light + single chime + amber message on the upper ECAM DU

To recover AC ESS busses, the crew has to push AC ESS FEED pushbutton
switch. AC ESS busses are then supplied by AC BUS 2.
White ALTN legend illuminates on AC ESS FEED pushbutton switch, (FAULT
legend remains on if AC ESS bus is still not supplied).
On the lower ECAM DU, AC ESS becomes green again and synoptic is modified.

Refer to the MPD TASK: 242500-01 Make sure that the AC ESS and AC SHED ESS busbars can be energized with the AC2 normal busbar when the AC1 busbar is no longer energized.

R R 1. On the ECAM control panel: - Push the ELEC key. On the lower ECAM DU, on the ELEC page: - A green bar comes into view between the AC1 and AC ESS busbars. This
R shows that the AC1 busbar energizes the AC ESS busbar.
R 2. On the panel 123VU: - Open the circuit breaker 1XC. On the F/O glareshield panel 130VU: - The MASTER CAUT light comes on.
You can hear the single chime.
The upper ECAM DU becomes black.
The indications shown on the upper ECAM DU:
ELEC AC ESS BUS FAULT then AC ESS FEED
... ALTN move to the lower ECAM DU.
R R On the ELEC panel 35VU: - The FAULT legend of the AC ESS FEED pushbutton switch comes on.
R R 3. On the ELEC panel 35VU: - Release the AC ESS FEED pushbutton switch. On the ELEC panel 35VU: - The FAULT legend of the AC ESS FEED pushbutton switch goes off.
