A. Installation of the Essential Transformer Rectifier
(1)
Put the transformer rectifier (1) in position.
(2)
Install the washers (2) and the screws (3) and then tighten the screws.
(3)
Remove the blanking caps from the connectors.
(4)
Make sure that the electrical connectors are clean and in the correct condition.
(5)
Connect the connectors (4) to the transformer rectifier.
(6)
Remove the insulating sleeves from the lugs.
(7)
Connect the lugs (7) to the output terminals (8).
(8)
Install the washer (6) and the nut (5) and TORQUE it to between 0.6 and 0.7 m.daN (53.09 and 61.94 lbf.in).
(9)
Install the washer (9) and the nut (10) and TORQUE it to between 1.5 and 1.6 m.daN (11.06 and 11.79 lbf.ft).
(10) Install the protective caps on the terminals (8).
