R  shows that the AC1 busbar energizes

R  2. On the panel 123VU:  On the F/O glareshield panel 130VU: 
R  - Open the circuit breaker 1XC.  - The MASTER CAUT light comes on. 
R  You can hear the single chime. 
R  The upper ECAM DU becomes black. 
R  The indications shown on the upper ECAM 
R  DU: 
R  ELEC AC ESS BUS FAULT then AC ESS FEED 
R  ... ALTN move to the lower ECAM DU. 
R  On the ELEC panel 35VU: 
R  - The FAULT legend of the AC ESS FEED 
R  pushbutton switch comes on.
