(1) At each fitting, use the procedure that follows to protect against corrosion:
(a)
Use CLEANING AGENTS (Material No. 11-004) and a lint-free cloth to remove any contamination from the fitting.
(b)
Remove any flakes or blisters, make sure that the you do not damage the base metal while you do this task.
NOTE : A dental or a seal tools are recommended for the removal
____
of flakes and blisters.
(c) Use a brush or an airless spray to apply a continuous coat of STORAGE PRESERVATION (Material No. 15-008) with a thickness of
0.030 mm (0.001 in.), to cover all the fitting.

A. Close Access
(1)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
(2)
For the left wing.
(a) Install the access panel: 575BB, 575CB, 575DB, 575EB, 575FB, 575GB, 575HB, 575KB, 575LB, 575MB.
(3)
For the right wing.
(a) Install the access panel: 675BB, 675CB, 675DB, 675EB, 675FB, 675GB, 675HB, 675KB, 675LB, 675MB.

B. Put the aircraft back to its initial configuration.
(1)
Disconnect the aircraft from the ground (Ref. TASK 12-34-24-869-002).
(2)
Retract the spoilers (Ref. TASK 27-60-00-866-002).
(3)
Retract the flaps (Ref. TASK 27-50-00-866-009).
(4)
Remove the access platform(s).
