 Subtask 24-35-55-420-050
 A. Installation of the Contactor CAUTION : MAKE SURE THAT THE CONTACTOR LOCATING PIN IS CORRECTLY ENGAGED
_______ IN ITS RECESS LOCATED IN ONE POWER TERMINAL. THIS PREVENTS DAMAGE TO THE LOCATING PIN WHEN YOU APPLY THE TORQUE.
 (1)
 Install the contactor (5) on the tapped barrels (6) of the connecting base (1).

 (2)
 TORQUE the captive screws (3) to between 33.63 and 41.6 lbf.in (0.38 and 0.47 m.daN).

 (3)
 Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connectors.

 (4)
 Make sure that the electrical connectors are clean and in the correct condition.

 (5)
 Connect the electrical connector (4) to the contactor (5).

 Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connector (4) and the electrical receptacle.

 (4)
 Make sure that the electrical connectors are clean and in the correct condition.


 (5) Connect the electrical connector (4) to the contactor (5). **ON A/C ALL

 B. Operational Test of DC Generation Switching
 (1) Do the operational test of DC Generation Switching (Ref. TASK 24-32-00-710-001).
 5. Close-up

 (1)
 Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.

 (2)
 Install the front panel on the bottom right side of the panel 120VU.

 (3)
 Install the Third Occupant seat (Ref. TASK 25-11-41-400-001).

 (4)
 Remove the warning notice(s).

 (5)
 Close the access door 121AL.

 (6)
 Remove the access platform(s).
