B. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1)
Make sure that the external power connector is not connected to the aircraft EXT PWR receptable.
(2)
Make sure that the warning notice(s) are in position on the access door 121AL to tell persons not to connect the external power connector to the aircraft EXT PWR receptacle.
(3)
In the cockpit, on the ELEC panel 35VU, make sure that these pushbutton switches are released:
-BAT 1, BAT 2,
-APU GEN
-GEN 1, GEN 2,
-EXT PWR.
(4)
In the cockpit, make sure that the warning notice(s) are in position to tell persons not to operate the pushbutton switches on these overhead panels:
-21VU (EMERG ELEC PWR section),
-25VU (APU section),
-35VU (ELEC).

A. Installation of the Contactor Base
CAUTION : REFER TO THE MATCH MARKS MADE DURING THE REMOVAL WHEN YOU
_______ CONNECT THE ELECTRICAL WIRES. INCORRECT CONNECTION OF THE WIRES WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(1)
Install the contactor base (6) in correct position.
(2)
Install the four screws (19) and washers (18) and tighten them.
(3)
Make sure that the electrical cables (6) are clean and in correct condition.
(4)
Install the cables (14).
(5)
Install the nuts (12) and the washers (13) and tighten them.
(6)
If the base has the components that follow:
(a)
Install the electrical wires (11).
(b)
Install the screws (10) and the washers (9) and tighten them.
(7)
Install the jumpers (17) between the base (6) and the adjacent bases.
(8)
Install the washers (15) and the nuts (16) and tighten them (Ref. TASK 20-21-15-912-001).

B. Installation of the Contactor
(1)
Install the contactor (3) on the 6 tapped barrels (5) of the contactor base (6).
(2)
TORQUE the captive screws (2) to between 0.50 and 0.60 m.daN (44.24 and 53.09 lbf.in).
(3)
Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connectors.
(4)
Make sure that the electrical connectors are clean and in the correct condition.
(5) Connect the electrical connector (1). R **ON A/C 063-099, 106-149, 153-199, 206-299, 301-399, 401-499,

Install the contactor module (5) in correct position.
(2)
Install the eight screws (16) and washers (15) and tighten them.
(3)
Make sure that the electrical cables (14) are clean and in correct condition.
(4)
Install the cables (14).
(5)
Install the nuts (13) and the washers (12) and tighten them.
(6)
If the base has the components that follow:
(a)
Install the electrical wires (11).
(b)
Install the screws (10) and the washers (9) and tighten them.
(7)
Install the jumpers (17) between the module (5) and the adjacent modules.
(8)
Install the washers (19) and the nuts (18) and tighten them (Ref. TASK 20-21-15-912-001).

B. Installation of the Contactor
(1)
Install the contactor (3) on the module 30XN1 (30XN2) (5).
(2)
TORQUE the captive screws (2) to between 0.50 and 0.60 m.daN (44.24 and 53.09 lbf.in).
(3)
Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connectors (1) and the electrical receptacle (7).
(4)
Make sure that the electrical connectors are clean and in the correct condition.
(5) Connect the electrical connector (1) to the contactor (3).. **ON A/C ALL
