Each EGIU includes a one shot circuit controlled by EXT PWR pushbutton switch allowing to latch the EPC auxiliary relay. This device is located on channel 2 of EGIU.

The supply of each channel of the unit is provided:
-either by 28 V back-up (from busbar 3PP),
- or by 28 VDC delivered by the associated control unit (GCU or
GPCU). A 5 VDC supply is provided to the FAULT legend of the GEN pushbutton switches.
B. System Data Acquisition Concentrator (SDAC) Communications
