2. First Engine Run (continued)
(f) Checkoverspeed governor.
(1.) Set propeller control to full increase rpm.
(2.) Increase power until propeller rpm (Np) is 1600 ± 20 rpm.
(3.) Push and hold hydraulic topping governor (htg) test switch up. Check that Np decrease

50 to 125 rpm. (4.) Release htg test switch. Check that Np increases to original rpm. (5.) Refer to 61-20-00 for corrective action.
(g)
Checkautoignition.

(1.) Select ignition switch to automatic (AUTO). (2.) Advance power levers. Check that ignition is off when torque has increased to 365 + 60 foot-pounds. (3.) Move power levers back. Check that ignition is on at not less than 250 foot-pounds torque. (4.) Refer to 74-10-00 and 74-20-00 for corrective action.

Check engine alignment. Refer to Chart 2.
