cablesectionfrom engine. Donot connectcablesectionsortightencableclamps. (3.) Installcockpitcontrolpedestalsupportbracketbottomjam nut. (4.) Takingcare notto bendortwistcable,continuefeedingcablethroughpedestaland
fuselageuntilitcanbeinsertedthroughholein supportbracketfromthebottom. (5.) Feedcableupthroughsupportbracket.Installsupportbrackettopjamnut. (6.) AdjustsupportbracketjamnutssothatdistanceBfromtopofsupportbracketto endof
threadedcablehousingissameasthatcheckedandrecordedduringcableremoval.If
distanceBisunknown,adjustto 1.10± 0.10inches.Tightenjamnuts. (7.) Installsealnutandtighten. (8.) Slidemicroswitchactuatingcylinderontocable.Donottightensetscrews. (9.) Installswivelconnectorjamnutandswivelconnectorontothreadedendof cable.Bottom
threadsonswivelconnector;tightenjamnutandsafety.

(10.)Installthreadedmaleend of swivel connector intocontrolleverclevis. Adjust sothat distanceA betweentop of swivel ball joint connectorandbottomof clevis is sameas checkedand recordedduring cable removal. If distanceis unknown, adjustto 1.00 inch.
(11.)Tightenclevisjam nut.
(12.)Positioncrossstart and autofeather microswitchactuatingcylinder so that the distance fromtop of support bracketto bottom of actuatingcylinderis the same as checked and recordedduringremoval. Tighten set screws.
(13.)Ifdistancefromtop of support bracket to bottom of actuatingcylinderis known, slide
actuatingcylinderas far up on cable as possibleand snug set screws. Exact cylinder adjustmentmustbe accomplished duringengineground run. Referto Autofeather Adjustmentthis section.
(14.)Connectand safetywing connector.
(15.)Checkthat cable is routed correctlyand not twisted; tighten cableclampsin wing leading

edge. (16.)Sealcableat fuselage. (17.)Supportingwing leading edge,connectwing deicehose. Install leading edgeon wing. (18.)Installenginecowlingandnacelleaccesscovers. (19.)lnstall wing leadingedgefairingson inboard side of nacelle andat fuselage. (20.)Install cockpit floor panels. Do not installpedestal access coversuntil final micro-switch
actuating cylinder and power cableadjustmentsare made. (21.)Runup engines and check alignment(Chart 2). Referto Engine RunningAdjustments
this sectionfor proceduresto makealignmentadjustments. (22.)Adjustmicroswitchactuatingcylinder. Refer to Autofeather Adjustmentthis section. (23.) nstall engine control pedestal accesscovers.

ThissectioncontainsenginecontroladjustmentsrequiredafterinstallingthePratt& Whitney CanadaPT6A-61engine.Adjustmentsnecessarypriortofirstenginerun,andadjustmentsmadeduringand
followingthefirstenginerunaredescribed.
Therequiredadjustmentsinvolvethefuelcontrolunit,thepropellercontrolcamassemblyorcambox,andthepropellergovernor.Figure1showsthelocationofthesecontrols.
ThePT6A-61enginemaybeequippedwitheithera WoodwardTypeIIor Type III fuel controlunit. If
replacementisnecessary,theTypeIIIfuelcontrolunitissubstitutedfortheTypeII. Providingengines
areriggedcorrectly,nodifficultieswillbeencounteredbyhavingaTypeIIIfuelcontrolunitinstalledon
one engine, anda TypeII on theotherengine.
Thecompleteproceduremustbefollowedand all stepsperformedinthesequencespecified.
