(1)
Make sure all electrical power is off (Ref 24-22-00/201).
(2)
Open the access doors for the P6 panel.
(3)
Disconnect the electrical connector (DR7228) from the relay.

Remove the relay:
(a)
Remove the four screws that attach the relay to the P6 panel.

Install the DC Voltage Sense Relay

Install the relay:
(a)
Put the relay in its position on the P6 panel.
(b)
Install the four screws that attach the relay to the panel.
(c)
Tighten the screws.

Connect the electrical connector (DR7228) to the relay.

Do a Test of the DC Voltage Sense Relay
(1)
Supply electrical power (Ref 24-22-00/201).

Open this circuit breaker:
1) P6 Main Power Distribution Panel
a) 6A25 XFR RELAY STBY
(c)
Make sure the main EICAS screen operates correctly.
(d)
Open this circuit breaker:
1) P6 Main Power Distribution Panel
a) 6A26 XFR RELAY BAT
(e)
Make sure the main EICAS screen does not operate.
(f)
Close this circuit breaker:
1) P6 Main Power Distribution Panel
a) 6A25 XFR RELAY STBY
b) 6A26 XFR RELAY BAT
