Install the relay.
(a)
Put the relay in its position on the P6 panel.
(b)
Install the four screws that attach the relay to the P6 panel.
(c)
Tighten the screws.
(2)
Connect the electrical connector (DR7227) to the relay.

D. Do a Test of the Standby Power Transfer Relay

Supply electrical power (AMM 24-22-00/201).

Do a test of the relay:
(a)
Open these circuit breakers:
1) P6, Main Power Distribution Panel a) 6K2, MN BAT-CONT INVERTER PWR b) 6K5, TRU-CONT INVERTER PWR
(b)
Make sure the main EICAS screen operates correctly.
(c)
Set the STANDBY POWER switch to OFF.
(d)
Make sure the main EICAS screen does not operate.
(e)
Close these circuit breakers:
1) P6, Main Power Distribution Panel a) 6K2, MN BAT-CONT INVERTER PWR b) 6K5, TRU-CONT INVERTER PWR
