Do the Operational Test

(1)
Do a test of DCIR No. 1.
(a)
Open this circuit breaker for the main TRU No. 1:
1) P6, Main Power Distribution Panel a) 6A5, TRU 1
(b)
Make sure that DC-VOLTS 1, 2, 3, and 4 are approximately 28 volts.
(c)
Push the BUS TIE 1 switch to ISLN.
(d)
Make sure the ISLN light comes on.
(e)
Make sure that DC-VOLTS 1 is approximately 0 volts.
(f)
Make sure that DC-VOLTS 2, 3, and 4 are approximately 28 volts.
(g)
Push the BUS TIE 1 switch to AUTO.
(h)
Make sure the ISLN light goes off.
(i)
Close this circuit breaker for the main TRU No. 1:
1) P6, Main Power Distribution Panel a) 6A5, TRU 1
(j)
Make sure that DC-VOLTS 1, 2, 3, and 4 are approximately 28 volts.

(2)
Do a test of DCIR No. 2.
(a)
Open this circuit breaker for the main TRU No. 2:
1) P6, Main Power Distribution Panel a) 6A14, TRU 2
(b)
Make sure that DC-VOLTS 1, 2, 3, and 4 are approximately 28 volts.
(c)
Push the BUS TIE 2 switch to ISLN.
(d)
Make sure the ISLN light comes on.

Make sure that DC-VOLTS 2 is approximately 0 volts.
(f)
Make sure that DC-VOLTS 1, 3, and 4 are approximately 28 volts.
(g)
Push the BUS TIE 2 switch to AUTO.
(h)
Make sure the ISLN light goes off.
(i)
Close this circuit breaker for the main TRU No. 2:
1) P6, Main Power Distribution Panel
a) 6A14, TRU 2
(j)
Make sure that DC-VOLTS 1, 2, 3, and 4 are approximately 28 volts.

Open this circuit breaker for the main TRU No. 3:

a) 6A23, TRU 3
(b)
Make sure that DC-VOLTS 1, 2, 3, and 4 are approximately 28 volts.
(c)
Push the BUS TIE 3 switch to ISLN.
(d)
Make sure the ISLN light comes on.
(e)
Make sure that DC-VOLTS 3 is approximately 0 volts.
(f)
Make sure that DC-VOLTS 1, 2, and 4 are approximately 28 volts.
(g)
Push the BUS TIE 3 switch to AUTO.
(h)
Make sure the ISLN light goes off.
(i)
Close this circuit breaker for the main TRU No. 3:
1) P6, Main Power Distribution Panel
a) 6A23, TRU 3
(j)
Make sure that DC-VOLTS 1, 2, 3, and 4 are approximately 28 volts.

Do a test of DCIR No. 4.
(a)
Open this circuit breaker for the main TRU No. 4:
1) P6, Main Power Distribution Panel
a) 6A32, TRU 4
(b)
Make sure that DC-VOLTS 1, 2, 3, and 4 are approximately 28 volts.
(c)
Push the BUS TIE 4 switch to ISLN.
(d)
Make sure the ISLN light comes on.
(e)
Make sure that DC-VOLTS 4 is approximately 0 volts.
(f)
Make sure that DC-VOLTS 1, 2, and 3 are approximately 28 volts.
(g)
Push the BUS TIE 4 switch to AUTO.
(h)
Make sure the ISLN light goes off.
(i)
Close this circuit breaker for the main TRU No. 4:
1) P6, Main Power Distribution Panel
a) 6A32, TRU 4
