Install the Main TRU

Install the applicable TRU in the E-30 equipment rack (Ref 20-11-22/401).
(a)
Tighten the terminal nuts to 90 to 110 pound-inch.

Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags and close these circuit breakers for the applicable TRU:

Supply electrical power (Ref 24-22-00/201).

Do a test of the main TRU.
(a)
Get access to the EXISTING FAULTS page for Chapter 24 (if any) on the CMCS.
(b)
Make sure the CMCS messages for the applicable main TRU do not show (AMM 45-10-00/201).
(c)
Get access to the maintenance page for the electrical system (AMM 45-10-00/201).
(d)
Make sure the DC Volts and DC Amps values are in the correct range.
(3)
Remove electrical power, if it is not necessary (Ref 24-22-00/201).
