(1)
Make sure that the ground service network is energized (Ref. TASK 24-42-00-861-001).
(2)
Make sure that the access platform is set in position at the potable-water panel 171AL.
(3)
Make sure that the panel is openend and the darin control handle is set to the NORM position.
(4)
Make sure that the access platform is set in position at the AFT cargo compartment door.
(5)
Make sure that the AFT cargo compartment door is openend (Ref. TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
(6)
Make sure that the partition 161DW is removed to get access to the thermostat and the terminal block 7510VT.

A. Installation of the Thermostat
(1)
Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(2)
Put the thermostat-housing (6) on the stud (5).
(3)
Put the threaded-sleeve (7) in position.
(4)
Tighten the threaded-sleeve (7) with a torque wrench to 0.05 m.daN
(4.42 lbf.in).
NOTE : A threaded overlap is not required.
____
(5) Secure the threaded-sleeve (7) with BONDING AND ADHESIVE COMPOUNDS (Material No. 08-048).
(6) Install the thermostat-housing cover (3) with the srews (4), the washers (2) and the nuts (1).
(7) Connect the electrical connections (8) with the insertion-removal tool M15.570-20 to the terminal block 7510VT.
