Wet the windshield with the water supply system.

FOR 307DM On the panel 21VU, set the CAPT WIPER control switch to SLOW. FOR 306DM On the panel 22VU, set the F/O WIPER control switch to SLOW.
(e)
When the wiper arm (8) is in the center position on the windshield, open, safety and tag this(these) circuit breaker(s): FOR 307DM 4DB1 FOR 306DM 4DB2
(f)
Put the spring scale on the bolt which attaches the wiper blade
(1) to the wiper arm (8).
(g)
Make sure that the force necessary to lift the wiper blade (1) from the windshield is 4.5 +0.1 -0.1 daN (10.1164 +0.2248 -0.2248 lbf).
(h)
Turn the adjustment bolt (7) to adjust the pressure of the wiper arm (8).
NOTE : Put a paper band (45 mm (1.7716 in.) width) between the
____ center of the wiper blade (1) and the windshield and pull on the spring scale.
You have the correct force when the paper starts to move freely.
