(1)
Make sure that the rain-repellent fluid can is removed (Ref. TASK 30-45-00-600-001).
(2)
Make sure that the four quarter-turn fasteners are loosened and that the panel 211LW is removed.

4. Procedure

A. Installation of the Check Valve
(1)
Install a new O-ring (4) on the union (2).
(2)
Install the union (2) on the check valve (1).
(3)
Install a new O-ring (5) on the mounting base (6), of the spray nozzle.
(4)
Install the check valve (1) on the mounting base (6), of the spray nozzle.
(5)
Hold the mounting base (6) of the spray nozzle and tighten the check valve (1).
(6)
Connect the line (3) to the union (2).
(7)
Tighten the union (2).
(8) Install the rain repellent fluid can (Ref. TASK 30-45-00-600-001). Subtask 30-45-46-869-054
B. Push the purge pushbutton of the fluid gage. On the fluid gage, make sure that the level of the fluid increases and that the pressure is correct.
5. Close-up

A. Make sure that all the couplings are correctly tightened and that there are no leaks.

Disconnect the tube from the drain valve and remove the container.
(2)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
(3)
Install the panel 211LW.
(4) Tighten the four quarter-turn fasteners. Subtask 30-45-46-865-052
C. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s): FOR 3DM 1DB1 FOR 4DM 2DB2.
