NOTE : Make sure that the heater element (6) is correctly installed

Saftey both ends of the BONDING AND ADHESIVE COMPOUNDS (Material No. 08-053) (9) with cable ties as an alternative to the shrinkable sleeve (9).
(4)
Connect the electrical connections (2) with the insertion-removal tool M15.570-16.
NOTE : Connect the electrical wires as identified during the removal
____
procedure.
(5)
If removed, install the related temperature sensor.
(6)
Install the insulation (7) carefully on the wastewater line (5) and safety it with the burr sleeves (1).
NOTE : Make sure that the electrical connections (2) are free of the

insulation (7).
(7)
Install the insulation sleeve (4).
(8)
Attach the identification and warning lables and the electrical wires of the heater element (6) with the cable ties.
NOTE : Do not damage the insulation (7) with the cable ties.

A. Potable Water Service Panel (Ref. Fig. 001) The potable water service panel heating is installed to prevent ice formation in the potable water servicing panel (Ref. 38-10-00) in icing conditions. The fill/drain nipple are electrically heated to prevent ice formation of the remaining water in the fill/drain nipple and overflow nipple which could cause a blockage or damage to the nipples. A thermostat controls the potable water service panel heating.
