C. Get Access
(1)
FOR 7DU
(a)
Open the FWD cargo-compartment door (Ref. TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
(b)
Set the CARGO COMP LT switch 6LU to ON.
(c)
Remove the floor panels 131TF, 132TF to get access to the FWD air-stop drain-valve (5000MM) (Ref. TASK 53-22-14-000-001).
(d)
Remove the adhesive tape and the insulation of the inlet port of the FWD air-stop drain-valve (5000MM).

FOR 57DU
(a)
Open the AFT cargo-compartment door (Ref. TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
(b)
Set the CARGO COMP LT switch 8LU to ON.
(c)
Remove the floor panels 151BG, 152BG to get access to the AFT air-stop drain-valve (5001MM) (Ref. TASK 53-42-14-000-001).
(d)
Remove the adhesive tape and the insulation of the inlet port of the AFT air-stop drain-valve (5001MM).
4. Procedure

A. Removal of the thermostat 7DU (57DU)
(1)
Remove and discard the cable ties of the electrical wires. CAUTION : MAKE MATCH MARKS ON ALL THE ELECTRICAL WIRES BEFORE YOU
_______ DISCONNECT THEM. INCORRECT CONNECTION OF WIRES WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(2)
Disconnect the electrical connections (5) from the jiffy-junctions (6).
(3)
Remove the screws (4) and the washers (3) from the thermostat-bracket
(1) and remove carefully the thermostat (1).
