Install the rain repellent fluid gage assy (6) between the brackets.

Install the screws (2), (3), (10) and (11) with the washers (1), (4),
(12) and (13) and tighten them.
(5)
Remove the blanking plugs from the disconnected line ends.
(6)
Install a new o-ring (7) with the coupling (8).
(7)
Install the line (9).
(8)
Install a new seal (17).
(9)
Remove the protective cap from the drain valve (14).
(10)
Connect the hose to the drain valve (14) of the rain repellent fluid gage assy (6)
(11)
Put the hose outlet in the container.

A. Installation of the Rain Repellent Fluid Gage Assy
(1)
Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(2)
Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(3)
Install the rain repellent fluid gage assy (6) between the brackets.
(4)
Install the screws (2), (3), (10) and (11) with the washers (1), (4),
(12) and (13) and tighten them.
(5)
Remove the blanking plugs from the disconnected line ends.
(6)
Install a new o-ring (7) with the coupling (8).
(7)
Install the line (9).
(8)
Install a new seal (17).
(9)
Put a new rain repellent fluid can (16) in position and tighten it manually.
NOTE : The assembly instructions are given on a caution plate near

the can and on the can.
(10)
Install the clamp (15) around the bracket assy and the can and tighten them.
(11)
Remove the protective cap from the drain valve (14).
(12)
Connect the hose to the drain valve (14) of the rain repellent fluid gage assy (6)
(13) Put the hose outlet in the container. **ON A/C ALL

Push the pushbutton (5).
(2)
Make sure that the fluid level is correct and increases to the correct pressure.

Disconnect the hose from the drain valve (14).
(2)
Install the protective cap on the drain valve (14).

the CAPT spray nozzle is identified with red paint mark.

the F/O spray nozzle is identified with yellow paint mark. The procedure is the same for CAPT and F/O spray nozzles.
