A. Removal of the Sensor
(1)
Cut and discard the cable ties of the indentification and warning labels.
(2)
Remove the velcro tape (1) that attaches the sleeve (3) around the sensor.
(3)
Remove the sleeve (3) from around the clamp sensor assembly (6) and the clamp (2).
(4)
Disconnect the two wires of the clamp sensor assembly (6) from the terminal strip.
(5)
Put blanking caps on the disconnected electrical connectors.
(6)
On the waste water pipe, remove the screws (4) and (5) from the clamp sensor assembly (6) and the clamp (2).

Make sure that the access platform is in position at the FWD-cargo compartment-door 825.
(2)
Make sure that the FWD-cargo compartment-door 825 is open (Ref. TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
(3)
Make sure that the CARGO COMPT LIGHT switch 6LU is at ON.
(4)
In the FWD cargo compartment, make sure that the panel 131HW is removed.
4. Procedure

A. Installation of the Sensor
(1)
On the waste water pipe, install the clamp sensor assembly (6) and the clamp (2) with the screws (4) and (5).
(2)
Tighten the screws (4) and (5).
(3)
Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connectors.
(4)
Make sure that the electrical connectors are clean and in the correct condition.
(5)
Connect the two wires of the clamp sensor assembly (6) to the terminal trip.
(6)
Install the sleeve (3) around the clamp sensor assembly (6).
(7)
Make sure that the sleeve (3) is correctly installed around the clamp
sensor assembly (6).
(8)
Install the velcro tape (1) to attach the sleeve (3) around the clamp sensor assembly (6).
(9) Install the new cable ties of the identification and warning labels. Subtask 30-71-17-865-061
B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s): 1DW, 2DW
