A. Preparation for installation
WARNING : USE SOLVENTS/CLEANING AGENTS, SEALANTS AND OTHER SPECIAL
_______ MATERIALS ONLY WITH A GOOD SUPPLY OF AIR. OBEY THE MANUFACTURERS INSTRUCTIONS. PUT ON PROTECTIVE CLOTHING. DO NOT GET THEM IN YOUR MOUTH. DO NOT SMOKE. DO NOT BREATHE THE GAS. THESE MATERIALS ARE POISONOUS, FLAMMABLE AND SKIN IRRITANT. GET MEDICAL HELP IF YOUR SKIN OR EYES BECOME IRRITATED.
(1)
Remove the used sealant with a non-metallic scraper.
(2)
Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area with CLEANING AGENTS (Material No. 11-003) and a lint-free cloth.
(3)
Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.

B. Installation of the FILL/DRAIN NIPPLE (11DV)
NOTE : The operational temperature of the heater nipples:
____ -the heater will come on at 6.0 +1 -1 deg. C (42.80 +1.80 -1.80 deg. F)
-and switch off at 13.0 +1 -1 deg. C (55.40 +1.80 -1.80 deg. F).
