Make sure that the FWD cargo-compartment door is open (Ref. TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
(b)
Make sure that the CARGO COMP LT swith 6LU is set to ON.
(c)
Make sure that the floor panels 131TF, 132TF are removed (Ref. TASK 53-22-14-000-001).
(d)
Make sure that the insulation of the inlet port of the FWD air-stop drain-valve (5000MM) is removed.

FOR 57DU
(a)
Make sure that the AFT cargo-compartment door is open (Ref. TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
(b)
Make sure that the CARGO COMP LT swith 8LU is set to ON.
(c)
Make sure that the floor panels 151BG, 152BG are removed (Ref. TASK 53-42-14-000-001).
(d)
Make sure that the insulation of the inlet port of the AFT air-stop drain-valve (5001MM) is removed.

A. Installation of the thermostat 7DU (57DU)
(1)
Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(2)
Put the thermostat (2) in position on the thermostat-bracket (1).
(3)
Attach the thermostat (2) with the screws (4) and the washers (3) on the thermostat-bracket (1).
(4)
Saftey the screws (4) with BONDING AND ADHESIVE COMPOUNDS (Material No. 08-048).
CAUTION : REFER TO THE MATCH MARKS MADE DURING THE REMOVAL WHEN YOU
_______ CONNECT THE ELECTRICAL WIRES. INCORRECT CONNECTION OF THE WIRES WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(5) Connect the electrical connections (5) with the insertion-removal tool M15.570-20 to the jiffy-junctions (6).
(6) Install the electrical wires with the cable ties. Subtask 30-71-54-865-053
B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s): FOR 7DU 20DU, 2MY, 3MY FOR 57DU 32DU, 102MY, 103MY

C. Do the functional test of the FWD (AFT) air-stop drain-valve heating (Ref. TASK 30-71-00-720-001).
