Disconnect the connector (1) from the valve (3).

Put blanking caps on the disconnected electrical connectors.

Loosen the nut (5) and remove it from the valve (3).
(6)
Remove the elbow coupling (6).
(7)
Remove the O-ring (4) and discard it.
(8)
Disconnect the valve (3) from the mounting base (2), of the spray nozzle. Remove the valve (3).

A. Cleaning Instructions. Make sure that the fluid does not stay on the aircraft furnishing. If the fluid gets on the aircraft furnishings, clean with CLEANING AGENTS (Material No. 11-010).

B. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1)
Make sure that rain repellent fluid can is removed (Ref. TASK 30-45-00-600-001).
(2)
Make sure that the panel 211LW is removed.
(3)
Connect a tube to the drain valve of the gage and put the end of the tube in a container.
(4)
Make sure that the connector 3DG1-A and/or 3DG2-A are/is disconnected from the windshield 3DG1 and/or 3DG2.
(5)
Install the valve (3) with its nut (5) on the mounting base (2) of the spray nozzle.
(6)
Remove the blanking plug.
(7)
Connect the line (7) to the elbow coupling (6) and tighten it.
(8)
Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connectors.
(9)
Connect the connector (1) to the valve (3).
