(1) Clean the potable-water line with CLEANING AGENTS (Material No. 11-003) and a lint-free cloth.

B. Installation of a Heating Element (Example)
(1)
Put the heater element (6) in position on the wastewater line (5). NOTE : Do not bend the heater element in the Y-axis. The minimum
____ bending radius in the X-axis is 25 mm (0.9842 in.).
(2)
Install the BONDING AND ADHESIVE COMPOUNDS (Material No. 08-053) ( ) in a ring-shape to attach the heater element (6) on the wastewater line (5).
NOTE : Make sure that the heater element (6) is correctly installed
____
on the wastewater line (5).
(3)
Saftey both ends of the BONDING AND ADHESIVE COMPOUNDS (Material No. 08-053) with cable ties as an alternative to the shrinkable sleeve (9).
(4)
Connect the electrical connections (2) with the insertion-removal tool M15.570-16.
NOTE : Connect the electrical wires as identified during the removal
____
procedure.
(5)
If removed, install the related temperature sensor.
(6)
Install the insulation (7) carefully on the wastewater line (5) and safety it with the burr sleeves (1).
NOTE : Make sure that the electrical connections (2) are free of the
____
insulation (7).
(7)
Install the insulation sleeve (4).
(8)
Attach the identification and warning lables and the electrical wires of the heater element (6) with the cable ties.
NOTE : Do not damage the insulation (7) with the cable ties.
