The airplane steering is in neutral.

The spoilers are retracted.

NOTE: You can supply power to the hydraulic system

(f) Parking brake released with wheel chocks installed (AMM 10-11-01/201).

(4) When you do the servicing on the system No. 4 reservoir, do a check
of the brake accumulator to make sure it has the correct precharge
pressure (AMM 12-15-09/301).

(5) Pressurize the hydraulic reservoir (AMM 29-11-00/201).
NOTE:____ You can remove the hydraulic reservoir pressure for
easier servicing. But, the quantity can change when the
reservoir does not have pressure.
