Put the operating boost pump to the off position when you shutdown the APU.

Close the crossfeed valves.

(3) If the CWT will supply fuel, do these steps:
(a)
Make sure the CWT contains a minimum of 60,000 lbs (2700 kgs) of fuel.
(b)
Open the No. 2 crossfeed valve.
(c)
Operate a CWT override/jettison pump.
(d)
Operate the APU (AMM 49-11-00/201).
(e)
Make sure the APU is started and running before you begin the refuel operation.
(f)
Make sure the refuel operation is complete before you shutdown the APU.
(g)
Put the operating CWT override/jettison pump to the off position when you shutdown the APU.
(h)
Close the No. 2 crossfeed valve.
