A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1)
Energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(2)
Put a warning notice in the cockpit to tell persons not to start the APU during Installation/Removal of the cleaning device.
(3)
Make sure that hydraulic systems are depressurized
(Ref. TASK 29-00-00-864-001).
(4)
Connect the service interphone to the aircraft (Ref. TASK 23-44-00-860-001).

Put the access platform below the APU access doors 316AR and 315AL.
(2)
Open the APU access doors 315AL, 316AR (Ref. TASK 52-41-00-010-001).
(3)
Set the LIGHT SW 11LJ to the ON position.

A. Disconnect the Bleed Air Duct (8049KM) (3).
(Ref. Fig. 701/TASK 49-20-00-991-004)
(1)
Remove the clamp (2).
(2)
Install the blanking plug on the bleed air duct (8049KM) (3). NOTE : Do not cover the flange of the APU load control valve (8050KM)

Disconnect connector P12 from the Load Control Valve (8050KM).
(4)
Put blanking caps on the disconnected electrical connectors.

Install the DEVICE - CLEANING, APU to the APU with the mount assembly.
(a)
Install the mounting plate (14) on the APU rear lower mount boss with the knurled screw (15).
(b)
Attach the tube support assembly (16) to the mount plate (14) with the knurled screws (17).
(c)
Attach the sprayer unit (23) to the support assembly (16) with the clamp plate (22). Install the screws (18), washers (19) and
