Position the fuel pipes (3), (16) and (18) into the IGV actuator.

Turn plate (2) into position on the fuel pipes (3) and (18) and connect the captive bolts (1).
(13)
TORQUE the bolts (1) to 0.57 m.daN (50.44 lbf.in).
(14)
Rotate cover (11) into position and tighten the bolts (9).
(15)
TORQUE the bolts (2) to 0.57 m.daN (50.44 lbf.in)
(16)
Remove the blanking cap from the electrical connection and connect the electrical connection (6).
