-
Plenum lower half part number 0332227960 NOTE : LOWER INLET PLENUM WITH DIFFERENT PART NUMBERS THAN P/N
____ 0332227730 (with SB58) OR P/N 0332227960 CANNOT INTERCHANGE.

If removed, install the lower inlet-plenum (Ref. TASK 49-16-48-400-002).
(2)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
(3)
Close the access doors 315AL, 316AR (Ref. TASK 52-41-00-410-001).
(4)
Remove the access platform(s).

Put the access platform in position below the APU compartment.
(2)
Open the maintenance door 314AR.
(3)
Release the 22 stud fasteners and remove the catwalk panel from the service panel.

A. Removal of the Air Intake Actuator (4015KM)
(1)
Disconnect the electrical connector (18).
(2)
Put blanking caps on the disconnected electrical connectors.
(3)
Remove the screw (20), the washer (19) and disconnect the bonding jumper (21).
(4)
Remove the clamp (11) and push the bellows (12) down.
(5)
Remove and discard the cotter pins (1) and (17).
(6)
Remove the castle nut (16), the washers (15), (9A) and the bolt (10).
(7)
Remove the castle nut (2), the washers (3) and (4) and the bolt (5).
(8)
Remove the air-intake flap actuator (4015KM) (6).
