 (35.39 lbf.in) is permitted. Be careful when you come to the mechanical stop at the end of travel. If you turn the manual override device with a torque more than the limit, damage to the air-intake flap actuator will occur.
 NOTE : For the 43-1-1100 Amendment 1 actuator, approximately 47 turns
____ are necessary on the manual override device for one full travel of the air-intake flap actuator. For the 106-1-1100-02 actuator, approximately 87 turns are necessary on the manual override device for one full travel of the air-intake flap actuator.

 Put the air-intake flap actuator (4015KM) (6) in position and install the bolt (5), the washers (3) and (4) and the castle nut (2).

 TORQUE the castle nut (2) to between 0.7 and 0.8 m.daN (61.94 and

 70.79 lbf.in) and safety it with a new cotter pin (1).

 (5)
 Seal the connection with the SEALANTS (Material No. 09-016) and apply the PAINTS FOR DETAIL (INTERNAL AND EXTERN AL) (Material No. 07-001).

 (6)
 Connect the air intake flap with the bolt (10), the washers (15), (9A) and the castle nut (16). Do not fully tighten the nut at this time.

 (7)
 Remove the blanking cap and connect the electrical connector (18) and safety it with lockwire-corrosion resistant steel 0,8 mm.

 Connect the bonding jumper (21) with the screw (20) and the washer (19).

 (9)
 Seal the connection with the SEALANTS (Material No. 09-016) and apply the PAINTS FOR DETAIL (INTERNAL AND EXTERN AL) (Material No. 07-001).

 TORQUE the castle nut (16) to between 0.7 and 0.8 m.daN (61.94 and

 70.79 lbf.in) and safety it with a new cotter pin (17).

 (2)
 Seal the connection with the SEALANTS (Material No. 09-016) and apply the PAINTS FOR DETAIL (INTERNAL AND EXTERN AL) (Material No. 07-001)

 (3)
 Install the clamp (11) and connect the bellows (12) to the air-intake flap actuator (6).

 Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.

 Install the catwalk panel on the service panel with the 22 stud fasteners.

 Close the maintenance door 314AR.
